Shipping Info
We ship via USPS. The shipping methods and estimated times for arrival are:

The shipping method is chosen at checkout. (Note: For Free Shipping, Priority Mail will be used.)
Return Info
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at boris@woodcarver4u.com. Please ship it back to us once you have recieved confirmation from us. Once it has arrived, we will ship a replacement and credit you for the shipping costs.
We will only do exchanges for damaged items.
